As the name of our site suggests, we want to make your custom pen purchase as easy as possible. So you do not have to hire a team of graphic designers to create your personalised pen design, we have done that for you!

We can accept many different file types, of varying quality, in fact there are not many art files that will stump us. You simply supply your best art file and we will take care of the rest. In most cases we will have your art approval form back to you within one business day from your order.

In brief, here is what we would prefer -

• Any vector art - AI, EPS, CDR, PDF. Vector art is high quality ar created by drawing programs like Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw. Vector art is resolution independent which means it suffers no quality loss if enlarged, and can be edited.
• Some raster art - JPG, BMP, TIFF, PSD, GIF. Raster art is created in photo editing programs like Photo Shop. Raster art is resolution dependent, meaning in most cases will suffer a loss of image quality if enlarged, like rough or fuzzy edges. Some raster art files will not be suitable as they can not be edited.
• We can not print half tones, screens, stipples or shades of grey
• Not suitable as art - Faxes, Photo copies, other products with curved surfaces, business cards or letterheads
